Question: You need the date? Can't you look me up by name?
Most of the class rosters are hand written. We do not take the hand written rosters and enter people's names into a system. We catalog the rosters by date, and upon request by a student, can pull the roster to verify they were in attendance.
Question: Is there a cost for the new card/certificate?
Yes. The cost for the card/certificate varies depending on the type and starts out at $10, but could be more depending on the type. We also charge any postage and/or fees required to get the physical card/certificate to you.
Question: My employer paid for my training and kept my card. Can I get a copy?
You will have to arrange this with your employer, or you can pay for a replacement card/certificate.
