Case Study: Training and Tracking Responders at Multiple Locations

We evaluated the CPR & AED training requirements and identified an improved method to track their Automated External Defibrillators and procure new AEDs.  Once the geographic and device data for AEDs was improved, we were able to better track locations with employees who needed CPR & AED training.

Training was customized to each location to address particular needs and requests. Some locations were focused on signs and symptoms of heart attack, stroke and medical emergencies, while other locations were more focused on CPR compressions and AED deployment.

Retention of CPR & AED skills taught improved. Satisfaction and class evaluations increased by over 50%! Facility division reported improved AED and training compliance.
